The brief
Gramin Dak Sevaks, postmen and MTS staff do much of their weekly paperwork by hand or from files passed around in groups. The brief was one free app for those jobs that works on any phone, in Hindi or English.
What we built
- PLI / RPLI and savings quotations with the employee's own photo and signature, ready to send on WhatsApp
- A TD commission bill generator, and GDS bonus and 8th Pay calculators
- 29 Post Office forms, searchable and shareable as PDF
- A daily 15-question postal quiz with ranks and answers
- Mutual transfer, GDS transfer priority and a promotion checker
- Hindi and English throughout; adds to the home screen and opens like an app
