What we collect

Only what you give us when you get in touch: through the enquiry form on this site, or through a lead form or message on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or Threads. That can include your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, the service you're interested in, your project budget range and anything you write in your message.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, discuss and quote your project, and keep in touch while we work together. We don't sell your details, rent them out, or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join.

Where it's kept

Enquiries from this site are stored in our database (Supabase) and sent to us by email (Resend). Leads from Meta ads are held by Meta and downloaded by us from our Meta ad account. These providers process the data on our behalf and only to run those services.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're talking or working together, and up to two years after our last contact, unless the law asks us to keep it longer. After that it's deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Email hello@adxstudiosin.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
