The brief
In Rohtak, property is bought on measurements — the four sides, which way it faces and how wide the gali is — yet most listings leave them out. The brief was a site where every listing shows exactly that, and where a buyer who doesn't find a match leaves a requirement instead of leaving.
What we built
- A to-scale sketch for every plot, drawn from its four sides, facing and gali width
- Unit conversion on every listing: gaz, sq ft and sq m, and farmland in killa, kanal and marla
- Search by property type, colony or village and budget, with a page for each area of Rohtak
- Post-your-requirement and WhatsApp enquiries, so the team hears about a buyer first
- An admin panel for listings, owners, leads, requirements and locations
